About the Founder

My name is Merlyn Donatien, over the years I had planned events for friends and family before founding Flawless Events which include: Communions, Sweet Sixteens, Baby Showers, Bachelorette Parties and Weddings.

On the professional end, I have worked for five years in a fund raising department, managing and planning company events and conferences. I have an impeccable eye for detail, I’m a great problem solver, I have an overall burning passion for planning and coordinating events, but above all I have an incredible amount of patience and remain calm during the most stressful situations! I hold a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Psychology from the University of Miami.

 I treat every client’s event as if it were my own. I believe in integrity and working hard to please my customers. I stand out from the other event planners by providing the utmost quality, affordable pricing and prestigious service. I truly believe in pleasing the customer and putting their priorities first.
